IIoT

The industrial internet of things (IIoT) refers to interconnected sensors, instruments, and other devices networked together with computers industrial applications, including process, manufacturing and energy management.

This connectivity allows for data collection, exchange, and analysis, potentially facilitating improvements in productivity and efficiency as well as other economic benefits. With a strong focus on machine-to-machine (M2M) communication, big data, and machine learning, the IIoT enables industries and enterprises to have better efficiency and reliability in their operations and data exchange. The IIoT encompasses industrial applications, including robotics and software-defined production processes.

We implement different IIoT sensors and IIoT devices to communication with the new or existing machines, databases or applications. We establish IIoT infrastructure (getaways, brokers) with different protocols (MQTT, API, REST, LoRaWan…) to obtain data and optimize processes for specific need of customer. All data can be transfer to various data bases (MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL, MariaDB, Influx, ...) and analyze with desktop or web-based custom-made applications to view data and optimize processes.

All obtained data can be connected to existing MES or ERP system to enrich values of data and to perform deeper insight of the process and bullet proof control of it.
